This house has a lot of character, and a good view to the Ionian Sea, Corfu Town and across the straits to the mainland. Located in the village of Agii Theka (means "Ten Saints" in English) about 3Km from the coastal village of Benitses (see http://www.benitses.org/) The part of the village where it is located has narrow lanes, too narrow for a car, so it retains the character of an old Greek village. Parking is available a couple of hundred meters away though.

The house is built on the side of a hill, and has 2 floors. Each floor is approximately 30m2. The land arround the house is about 245m2, which allows the house to be extended by at least 30m2. In the garden is an olive tree, a lemon tree and about 50m2 of sweet red grape vines.

The neighbours are friendly, and on one side of the property is the old Church of the Ten Saints (Eglisi Agii Theka) - around 600 years old.

The house needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, but has a good location, and some land which allows the property to be extended.
