I will be leaving all my furniture, including a solid wood four-poster bed, recently purchased with spring box bases and a spring mattresses. There are also three wardrobes and a chest of drawers and a dressing table, this a mahogany set. In the main living room wall is a 50 inch plasma T.V. in a solid mahogany frame with a six speaker surround system. This also includes an almost new HDD/DVD recorder and a digital VHS recorder and another DVD player for foreign DVD's. Obviously all the electrical items will be left also. (The fridge, the washing machine, the microwave and also an excellent, large gas oven) all of which are in very good condition.. On the second floor there is another T.V. with a DVD recorder. I will also leave my desk top computer with a 15 inch screen. This also has a scanner and a printer There are air conditioners in the living room, main bedroom and the Japanese room. I will also be leaving all the net curtains and all the fitted curtains (Laura Ashley) bought in the U.K. There is also a fireplace bought imported from the U.K. Plus many other items
